July 4th Celebrations

We love 4th of July. Ari especially loves the
fireworks and, in that particular aspect, Christian takes after his dad. Christian was always asking if we could do fireworks, and we did almost everyday for about 3 wks.

We went to fireworks at the Willard park.

The Kaysville Parade with Holly Alder and her family.

Noelle and Christian. And Jacob and Oliver

More fireworks!

The car show in Logan.

The tires are as big as he is!!

Christian loved this little car replica. He got quite a few pictures taken of him by other people who thought he was really cute and part of the car show.

Jacobs Baby blessing (July 3, 2011)

Jacob was blessed on July 3 in the Chelsie Park 2nd ward. We had a family get together after the blessing. We had pulled pork sandwiches, salads, pudding cake and brownines. We were so excited to be in our new home and have the space to accommodate everyone. It was so great to see all the love and support for our little family. I sister in our last ward (Camelot), Shirley Moore, made his amazing blessing outfit. He was so adorable in his white silk tuxedo complete with a bowtie. We are so lucky to have such wonderful family and friends.

Fishing!!

Christian has been talking about fishing for awhile now so in June we took him to a fish farm in North Ogden to fish. He loved it. I'd never been to a fish farm so it was cool to see all the fish swimming around. Basically you just have put the pole in and a fish bites. Instant gratification, great for kids. (:

New Baby, new house, new business

Been a long time since I've looked at this blog. But I was sitting in bed this morning looking at our new baby and thought this is a good way to document our family and their lives. So I decided to do this again. Just since May (2011) we've had a lot of big and exciting changes. A new baby (Jacob Eli Chino) a new house and a new business (Chino Law PLLC). Jacob was born on May 6, 2011. He was 7 lbs 12 oz and 21" long. He is 2 months old now and so cute. He just started smiling about 10 days ago. He's trying to "talk" back it's so cute.
Christin is so cute with him. He wants to feed him and hold him. The other day I was doing laundry and Jacob started crying. Christian ran over to him and put his binkie in his mouth and turned on his bouncer music and vibration. It's really cute to see. Two weeks after Jacob was born (May 20) we moved into our new house. It's in Layton a we love it. We moved from a 2 bedroom townhouse to a 5 bedroom home with an amazing backyard. Christian loves to play back there and he can because it's totally fenced in. We also have amazing neighbors that Christian loves to play with. The other day they actually made a lemonade stand at the end of the street. We're so happy with it. Ari started Chino Law the end of May/first of June. He's in downtown SLC and working with Ken and Jeni Vitrano. Business is coming in and hopefully it will continue and even get busier. Life is busy and surprising and we love it.
